Refund policy

At Griffin – The House of Fabric, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if an issue arises, our return policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product has been delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Minor color or texture variations

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (if mentioned as non-returnable)

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, further instructions will be shared. Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

Refunds

After successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and apply only to eligible cases.
